• I led the Casualty team in Axa XL Iberia including Enviromental. The team have 11 people servicing the Spanish and Portuguese clients. I'm in charge of the profitability analysis of the portfolio, the relationship with the main clients and brokers and the analysis of new business opportunities like binders or special products.

I was the middle market manager in XL for Property and Casualty business. I led three people and we were focus on developing that segment in Spain and Portugal for clients with a turnover below 300 million

• I started the middle market operation in Barcelona for XL Insurance. I was responsible to develop that client segment in Catalonia and East of Spain
• Because of my relationship with the main brokers and clients of that territory I was the contact person for other lines of business and for Major client segment as well

• Based in Barcelona, I was responsible for the developing of the Property portfolio in Cataluña, Levante and Balearic Island territory in coordination with the line and cross selling with Casualty
• Met with customers, agents and brokers to negotiate coverage, price and service delivery.

• I was a P&C underwriter based in Barcelona to develop that business in Catalonia and East of Spain.
• I was also point of contact for developing Cinema policies in that area

• I started my job in the insurance sector in Generali in the financial department and I moved to underwriting after two years. I started as a property junior underwriter in the Barcelona's branch and I was promoted to Underwriter in 1995
