Worked as a labourer on building sites carrying out general duties such as loading and unloading materials, mixing mortar, moving equipment, and keeping the site clean and safe. Helped tradespeople with jobs like bricklaying, plastering, and concreting. Used hand and power tools when needed and followed all site health and safety rules.

• Worked with a range of children with varying needs from age 4-13 years during their school holidays. I helped plan and facilitate activities, often being in charge of large groups of children. I got stuck in with all activities from swimming, to animals, to arts and crafts, to teaching children. I worked long shifts from 7am-6pm ensuring the children remained comfortable and happy and enjoyed their time.

• I worked across a range of events, from bar and waitressing in high-class boxes at Exeter Chiefs to silver service weddings and a busy festival, delivering professional service in fast-paced environments while ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

• Worked front of house and the sports bar. In charge of setting up and helping close, serving customers with high level service, answering phone calls and taking bookings, preparing stock and ensuring customers received an excellent experience.

• I worked on various bars in a fast paced environment where efficiency is key. I served all types of drinks at speed to ensure lines remain small when serving outside and got to perfect my customer service skills when serving inside to achieve excellent service to high paying individuals. I worked efficiently in a team and enjoyed speaking and dealing with all kinds of different people.

• Worked Open Days and Work fairs to show potential students the excellence of Exeter University. Helped run activities, answer questions where needed, gave tours, directed people, help set up and put down and ensured guests were as comfortable as possible, attending to their needs wherever necessary.

• I worked during the busy Christmas period via agency work. I helped sort the warehouse, redistribute stock, support customers needs and ensure stock turnover was efficient. I learned quickly and efficiently how to fulfill this role during the busy holiday season, demonstrating initiative and excellent customer service skills. I worked quickly to problem solve due to lack of stock in some areas in order to best support the customer and efficiently in a team to keep to targets.

• I worked as a waitress running food to tables, clearing tables, taking orders, taking payment, running tabs, taking bookings and answering the phone frequently. I also worked as a part time receptionist in the b&b area of the business, taking payment, checking people in, taking reviews, answering phone calls, taking bookings and attending to customers needs. At the start of summer 2022, I began working as a bar maid within the pub where I fulfilled roles such as making drinks, pouring pints, chatting to customers, taking orders, taking payment and stocking the bar. As of summer 2023, I fulfilled a manager type role including locking the business and being the main point of decision, checking and ordering stock and promoting and hitting sales targets.

• Working on the till serving customers, pricing items throughout the shop, keeping and cleaning the shop and sorting through donated items.

• Worked in a classroom of year 1 children, helping to teach lessons , joined in and created games, took them on a school trip to Dartmoor Zoo where I was in charge of a group of children, helped file and organised classrooms and play areas ect

• Waited on tables, took orders, worked the till, washed dishes, wrapped cutlery, set tables, cleaned tables and surrounding area and chatted to residents.
