Working at Uncle Sams has provided me with many attributions that allow me to have absolute knowledge on the skills needed to work within a restaurant.

I am aware of customer satisfaction and needs, being the top priority. This meaning I provide a friendly, efficient and warm service to every single customer. Whilst also creating an overall improved dining experience. I am an outgoing person, therefore can communicate with anyone whether that be my co-workers or customers, facing any challenge head on and with an open, positive attitude. I have endless experience with working alongside people and kitchen staff to ensure a happy, positive environment. Furthermore, I can demonstrate excellent multitasking and am a trusted worker in times where level of service is busy and demanding. Working at Uncle Sams has allowed me to become very aware of the hospitality needs and taught me how to create an environment for customers that is one where they must return. I am experienced and have a mass amount of knowledge when it comes to customer satisfaction, efficient yet friendly and inviting service, working amongst a team and believe I would be a great addition to the team.
