Key Projects to Credit : Dhareeba is mega project which stands as ambitious E-Government endeavor, with goal of implementing, TAX Revenue Management at Qatar General Tax Authority (GTA) with integration of multitude of government entities. Its core mission is efficient automation and streamlining of wide spectrum of transactions spanning different tax categories(CIT, ET, VAT) ensuring comprehensive service for taxpayers.

Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive UAT strategy for all project phases , outlining scope, objectives, and approach.
• Managing Odoo implementation for small and medium taxpayers accross all phases since requirements analysis till deployment.
• Develop and maintain UAT plan utilizing time and appropriate resources and collaborate with both stakeholders and business teams.
• Oversee accurate test execution and document identified issues in respective trackers.
• Utilize change management tools to strategize and support change adoption.
• Assist in creating and overseeing communication strategies.
• Support and engage with senior leadership.
• Introduced process improvement initiative that reduced UAT process time effectively.

Key Projects to Credit : implemented Oracle HRMS system in General Authority Of Minors Affairs(GAMA), resulting in 15% reduction in payroll processing time in 8 months

Responsibilities :

• Create and document HR business process flows for both current and desired states in requirements gathering stage.
• Execute tests and document results.
• Participate in configuration of HR Core and Self-Services modules during development and pre-go-live phases
• Develop user-friendly training manuals and configuration guides to serve as valuable references for newly implemented system.

Key Projects to Credit : Mawared - successful implementation of SAP HCM across over 35 Qatar Ministries and Public Agencies.. Project involved implementing SAP HR modules, including PA, OM, TM, and PY, along with advanced modules like ESS/MSS, Travel Management,Personnel Development, Performance Management, and Enterprise Compensation Management.

Responsibilities :

• Create and document business blueprint during requirements gathering phase.
• Align business scenarios with business blueprint and formulate comprehensive test plan, including test objectives, procedures, and expected results. Execute tests, compile data, and document results.
• Develop and document User Training Manuals and configuration guides for self explanatory reference materials.
• Provide first and second level End User Support, addressing technical queries following established processes and ensure timely defect resolution.
• Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts.
• Configuration of PA-OM-Payroll-TM modules as well as ESS and MSS modules during development to align with client business processes.
• Deliver End-User Training for end users.
• Support integration of SAP HCM with other systems.

Project Brief :implemented internal cloud based Performance Management system using SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management within Malomatia, allowing managers to assess employees performance by evaluating their achievement of goals and competencies set by their respective managers.
