Isla Sherwood

I am a motivated and enthusiastic 16-year-old with a strong interest in developing customer service and retail skills. I am eager to learn and contribute to a professional sales environment, bringing excellent teamwork and organisational abilities. At school, I have gained experience working on group projects and managing responsibilities. This has been further developed through my love of sport, specifically Netball where I play for Eastbourne Netball Club weekly, which has helped me build confidence in working with others and given me great communication skills. I am reliable, approachable, and quick to pick up new skills making me well suited to supporting customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. I am keen to gain hands-on experience in retail and develop my career while contributing positively to your team.
