I am a confident and friendly person, who has experience in customer service and office-based work. I am a fast learner who picks up quickly on routine and structures of how things work. I have excellent conversational skills, and can deal with clients in a professional and warm manner, as if I can help someone, it will be done with the best quality. I have also completed my bronze award in Duke of Edinburgh where I volunteered in a primary school. I am a keen cook, with a love for flavour combinations, and making new dishes for my family and I to try. I have been described as a people person by many, with recognition and awards of resilience. As I have a drive for getting jobs done. I have a love for animals, with a back round filled with horses and netball, but my true passion now is Rugby, where I love to be part of a team and to feel a sense of community. In the future I hope to see the world, and to gain as many experiences as I can!

In my recent work experience, I had to complete tasks such as basic admin tasks, which included printing, photocopying and filling papers. I had to listen, understand and follow the instructions that were given to me, like how the printers worked and what order to complete the tasks in. I found I really picked up quickly the skills of managing admin tasks in the office. I also had to prepare a range of beverages, such as hot and cold drinks, including offering the staff drinks and noting down any dietary requirements and preferences.

In a group environment, a group of passionate Spanish speakers came together and led 'language leader' sessions delivering beginner level Spanish to a group of primary school age children. We had to adapt to their needs, for example if we could see that the children seemed disengaged we would turn the song, into an interactive game. We also had to prepare food and drink for them in a hygienic manner.
