- Tasked with closing tasks such as counting cash, restocking drinks, and various cleaning around the store in order to prepare the restaurant for the morning shift workers.

- Would assist and take charge of the expo station making sure that orders for delivery, takeaway, and in-store were sent out in time and to the right standard

- Worked a combination of afternoon and closing shifts

- Prepared both beers and mixed drinks

- Removed empty dishes and silverware, collected trash, and sanitized surfaces.

- Tasked with closing the restaurant, maintaining standards, and setting up the morning shift for the next day

- Worked on expo maintaning quality control for customers with allergies, and making sure that the orders were up to the correct standards

- Often filled in at other stations in the restaurant such as hot prep, cold prep, dish, and register.
