Voluntary work experience

Chrysalis club, Volunteer, 2023, 2024, Working alongside those who suffer from dementia and various forms of memory loss and deterioration, Allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of care levels, Learning to communicate in varying ways depending on which member I have, such as more verbal communication or physical signs depending on the person.

Throughout my volunteering position, I also gained experience taking minutes for meetings and partaking in paperwork and document organisation. this helped me view how the business and legal side of not only charities but companies work.

Undergoing a course to further my level of understanding, having a great idea of person centred care, Communication skills have been further developed due to the different people I have come across
