I have over 5 years experience, working my way up within the company I currently work for, however I am looking for a new challenge and keen to learn more.
Working alongside a field representative, I manage all the accounts in the south of the country, making regular phone calls to check stock levels, upsell and assess the customers current requirements. As a team we work towards a shared target, which we routinely hit. Alongside of my usual duties I also identify potential rebates for customers, contributing to overall revenue growth and customer retention.
I converted leads from field representatives into sales would also manage a pipeline diary of customers who had not ordered in over two years, re-engaging them effectively.
I also handled inbound calls and emails from new customers, transforming inquiries into sales opportunities. I made an average of 60 calls per day to consistently meet sales targets.
I would answer inbound calls which would consist of customers wanting to place orders and customer queries. I assisted in upselling products during order processing. I managed an email inbox containing customer queries and order requests. I created new accounts and processed payments efficiently. I supported the key accounts team with administrative tasks when necessary. I also helped the customer services team when extra help was needed.
Filing, scanning and copying, answering the phones on reception, carrying out admin duties for the accountants, sorting and managing post and welcoming clients to meetings with the partners and other staff.
