I’m a sophisticated and driven young woman with a strong work ethic and a passion for growth. I’ve built my own wellness business and am currently training alongside my coach, with the goal of competing in bodybuilding competitions. I take great pride in everything I do and constantly push myself to reach new levels of personal and professional excellence.

New Skills Academy – Level 1 Certificate in Health & Fitness
I successfully completed an online course in Health & Fitness through New Skills Academy, driven by my strong personal interest in training, wellness, and physical performance The course covered foundational knowledge in the following areas:
-Anatomy and physiology, including the skeletal system, joints, nervous system, and cardiovascular system
-Principles of nutrition and hydration for overall health and fitness
-The physical effects of exercise and manual handling on the body
This certification has enhanced my understanding of how the body functions during physical activity, and supports both my personal commitment to wellness and my broader interest in health-related roles
FREC Level 4 – Qualsafe Awards (In Progress)
I have completed the 5-day practical training for the Level 4 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (FREC 4) through ALR training and am currently finalising the written workbook component Upon completion, I will be fully qualified at FREC 4 level
This advanced course builds on FREC 3 and includes higher-level pre-hospital care competencies, enhancing my ability to manage more complex trauma and medical emergencies in both civilian and operational settings
