I am looking for an opportunity to expand my experience in a permanent position within a familiar Administrative sector hence I am passionate about joining a team that seeks to provide support to staff and service users. I intend to add value, if chosen, to this role by bringing in a critical thinking ability embedded in my cognitive capacity, my team-player practices as well as a much need communication skill, hence, my choice to apply for this position. I am a detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Providing efficient, flexible operational support for Psychology team provision as directed by the Program/Subject Lead and/or Faculty Manager.

Accomplishments

  • Volunteering, One of my most memorable work-related activities was when I challenged myself to consistently volunteer as a support worker for orphaned children with autism in my country, Nigeria; having to support these children provided me with an extremely fulfilling feeling, nothing I have ever felt before. This equipped me with an interpersonal skill of consistency and dedication which is needed to thrive within this job role and the organization at large; as my commitment to my job is impactful on the overall success of the organization which in return provides success for me as well.
  • Work, I was able to learn a finance associated task called Imprest during my role as an administrator, this task required the use of IT based office applications such as excel to input, process, and edit financial data. I was able to learn this in a short of amount of time and this showcased my good attentiveness/listening and analytical skill; I believe this skill set will cause me to thrive within this role to swiftly understand any trainings or related tasks that will be needed for this job role.

Additional Information

I have undergone several professional and personal related trainings such as – Health and Safety, Fire awareness, Safeguarding for Adults, Data protection, Communication skills, Report writing, Conflict management, Time management, The need for strategy, Working in teams, Productivity, Problem solving, Making objectives happen, Decision making amongst many others. I am also in constant search for more trainings to develop myself personally and professionally.

Hobbies and Interests

Outside of my professional roles, some of my personal interests are - watching movies especially documentaries as I find them very intriguing and informative.  Additionally, I love spending time with my family, close friends/loved ones as it is always full of exciting, wonderful, and pleasantly lasting memories.
