I supervised international students aged 9–16, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and timely attendance at lessons and activities. I supported students from diverse cultural backgrounds, acting as first point of contact for any concerns and escalating sensitive issues such as bullying to senior staff when necessary. The position required me to help coordinate daily schedules, monitor attendance, and encourage an inclusive, supportive environment where students could build friendships and thrive.
I worked as a waitress and bartender in the Hilton hospitality box, delivering high-quality food and beverage service to VIP and corporate guests. My role involved mixing and serving drinks at the bar, coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service, and anticipating guest needs to provide a seamless and memorable experience.
Following my work in Sweden I was invited to do a month long internship at HQ. This involved supporting the team by researching and booking flights for technicians attending upcoming races and rallies, organising stock for the race truck to ensure everything was prepared for test and race days, and managing client communications and information for a company-run rally. I also provided day-to-day operational support, handling tasks such as preparing equipment, cleaning helmets, and managing race kit logistics, ensuring the smooth running of both client and team needs.
Following my contribution to the AES Conference in Edinburgh, I was invited back the following year to support their annual conference, this time held in Bordeaux. Once again, I worked closely with the Head Organiser, assisting with delegate registration, providing information and support throughout the event, and helping to ensure the smooth delivery of the three-day programme. My reappointment reflected the confidence placed in my organisational skills, professionalism, and ability to represent the society to an international audience.
After my week of work experience at HQ. I was invited to work in Sweden for a week with a company specialising in Porsche 911 ice driving, supporting their exclusive winter event. During this time, I worked closely with the main Event Coordinator, gaining valuable insight into the planning and delivery of a high-profile international experience. My role involved assisting with hospitality by preparing coffees, providing snacks, and engaging with clients to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere. I also observed and contributed to the smooth running of the driving sessions, learning how the team managed logistics, client flow, and safety on the ice. This opportunity allowed me to develop my customer service, adaptability, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced and premium environment.
During my one-week work experience placement with the Events Management Team, I supported preparations for an international rally taking place in Sweden by collecting and organising client information. This gave me valuable insight into the planning and coordination required for large-scale events, while also developing my attention to detail and organisational skills.
I was invited to work as an assistant to the organiser at the Agricultural Economics Society (AES) Conference, held at the University of Edinburgh over three days. In this role, I supported the smooth running of the event by registering delegates on arrival, acting as a first point of contact for queries, and providing ongoing assistance to participants throughout the conference. Working closely alongside the organiser, I contributed to ensuring a professional and well-coordinated experience for all attendees.
I was employed as a chalet girl for the season. I worked in a luxury chalet providing our clients with an excellent level of customer care. I worked as a host, cleaner and cook. I have a 5-year Visa for work in the EU following this employment.

Along side my sailing instructing I also captured for 50 - 100 club members once a week. I cooked everything from scratch and have sometimes had an assistant working for me to assist with the clearing up. Menus are altered every week on a theme.
I used my Dinghy instructor training to instruct the juniors as part of the club’s youth training programme and organise safety boat cover. I also ran a week of sailing called 'Topper Week' which consisted of 35 10-16 year old's racing each other in fleets of ability. making sure the children has a fun, but safe time and that everything ran smoothly.
I was part of the club’s safety boat team for sailors. I spent more than 8 weeks in total and gained valuable experience sometimes having volunteers who are much older than me acting as my crew and having to be directed by me as I have more experience.
I did 50+ hours of safety boat volunteering which gave be great experiences and called me to continue onto further qualifications
I was a waitress in a busy restaurant during the summer holiday period. I was part of the team and had full time work on a rota basis for a total of 6 weeks. This included late nights and weekends.
Deputy Head of House at House 4 Malvern College – I was voted by the house and was a mediator for communication between the staff and pupils in ways to improve the house environment. I Enjoyed organising house events between year groups for birthdays and special occasions. This experience has shaped my ability to handle responsibilities in emotional situations with integrity and sensitivity. I effectively collaborate with peers to foster a supportive and inclusive community.
Mental Health certificate for becoming a Peer listener within the school – pupils came to me to talk about any troubles and then I either gave advice or passed it on to a senior member of staff if it was more serious where the pupil was in danger to themselves or others.

Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award- I joined an external expedition group and completed my walks back-to-back, walking more than 200km over 10 days. It was a challenge to complete this with a whole group of new people, but we managed to work very successfully as a team. I volunteered weekly for a Charity called The Oscar Foundation. Raising money to encourage teamwork and leadership to provide educational support to young people from disadvantaged communities. We raised £3000.
