I am a hardworking and enthusiastic student. I enjoy performing arts and last year took part in Jamie the Musical at the New Theatre in Peterborough, which has strengthened my confidence and teamwork skills. In my spare time, I also enjoy dancing, playing netball, going to the gym, and walking my 7-year-old dog, teddy. I have excellent communication skills, which I put to good use as an English language mentor at school, supporting younger students. I am reliable, eager to learn, and committed to giving my best in everything I do. Last year I enjoyed an amazing work experience placement at comparethemarket during my A-levels. I am currently working occasional part-time hours in a receptionist/administrative role at a local recruitment agency; however, as I come to the end of my A-levels, I am looking for the right opportunity to continue learning in the workplace.
Answering calls and redirecting them appropriately, speaking with clients, supporting the team with administrative tasks such as data entry and keeping the office space tidy. Managing front desk duties to ensure smooth operation of reception area.
Organise and lead group activities at local Theatre group for young children, motivating and supporting children with additional needs
In July 25 I completed a week of work experience at Compare the Market within the Legal team. During this time, I had the opportunity to review contracts and gain insight into how legal agreements are structured and assessed. I learned about the team’s day-to-day responsibilities, including supporting different business areas, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The experience gave me a valuable understanding of how in-house legal teams operate and the important role they play in supporting commercial decisions.
I captained the school Netball teams for 2 years, where one year we reached regional school finals and finished as runners-up.
I mentor year 7 children to support them with learning key English skills
