I have over 18 months experience working in an indoor cricket venue in a multi disciplined role with the focus being on the customer experience. Also working front of house in a local restaurant has meant my roles have always been customer orientated and I have gained invaluable communication skills. I am a confident, hardworking individual who is self-motivated, conscientious and determined to get the job done. I have excellent organisational and customer management skills enabling me to communicate with people at all levels. In my previous roles I have worked alone as well as in a team and I’m comfortable at making timely decisions and using my own initiative. I am proactive and able to learn new skills quickly as I’m always willing to enhance my current knowledge to meet new demands.
