S20 The Boundary is an indoor cricket club that allows individuals and teams to rent out lanes to allow them to practice. I have multiple roles within this job including:

• Booking management where I handle bookings, payments and enquiries
• Ensure each lane is set up with the relevant kit for each booking
• Responsible for opening and/or closing of the premises
• The venue also has a café and a retail store which I manage during each shift.

• Working within a team of 10 including waiting and kitchen staff
• Welcoming and greeting guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Taking customer orders in a timely manner
• Ensuring prompt serving of food and beverages
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure correct meals are delivered and any issues are relayed to the customers in an appropriate manner
• General cleaning jobs
• Stock control at the start and end of each shift.
