Currently, I am a Children and Young People Support Worker at Hertfordshire Mind Network. I support children and young people with their mental health and emotional wellbeing through 1:1 sessions, groups, instant messaging and workshops.

Throughout this role, I have managed a high caseload of young people from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs including neurodiversity, adverse childhood experiences and vulnerable children.
