From a young age I have had a passion for food, this lead me to apply for Junior bake off when I was 11 years old. I managed to get a position on the show, and made my way to the quarter finals. Having had a love for food, working in kitchens has always been the clear choice. Throughout my years in kitchens, I have honed my skills in many aspects, including flavours, presentation, food preparation and pastry work.
