Iris Chambers

My Church holds a "Holiday at Home" for the seniors in the community once a year, and I have helped in the cafe, waiting tables over the last few years, improving my communication skills and helping me work better under pressure.

I volunteered at a youth camp over the summer and worked in the kitchen, making food for a large group of people at a professional standard. I also led the catering at my college's CU weekend away, organising a team to cook for 40 people.

Working the till and the shop floor improved my organisational and customer service skills, interacting with customers and handling transactions.
