In my current role, I serve as a customer champion while progressing as a developing specialist.

• I am the first point of contact for customers, addressing and resolving all technical support and customer service inquiries.
• I engage in close collaboration with various departments to address customer concerns and undertake supplementary back-office responsibilities, including report generation, data investigation, and relevant data documentation. Furthermore, I provide leadership to other staff members by serving as a knowledge resource and assisting in coaching their professional development.

• As a warehouse associate, I facilitated next-day deliveries by engaging in the tasks of lifting, picking, scanning, and organising packages into designated routes.

• This was a volunteer opportunity to assist police in detective training through role-playing the interrogation process with one character as a victim and another as a witness.

• To encourage prospective students to enrol, I volunteered at open days, distributed pamphlets, answered inquiries, and conducted college tours.

• During my brief tenure here, I managed the demands of a fast-paced environment. My responsibilities included serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean dining area, and warmly welcoming guests.
