This project involved completing all 12 months warranty defect works to obtain the final sign-off certificate at the end of the warranty period

The works included slab floor repairs, wall repairs, fire door remedial works, M&E, sprinkler system remedial, PV inverter replacements, road works, drainage excavation, and highway road repairs

Conducted meetings with clients on a daily basis to deliver information about project progress and quality.

• NCL2 Amazon Fulfillment Center Stockton (2023 to 2024)

The Project involved Photovoltaic installation with more than 9000 PV panels installed with East to West design and ballasted structure

The project involved in closing out 12 months of defect to achieve final end-of-defect certificate

This involves completing works such as internal floor slab repairs, M&E, BMS, fire alarm, sprinkler system, external road works, and various others and at the same time support the client needs in solving the problems incurred during all this time.

While completing the main build, I was part of the aftercare team assigned to closed out all the defects raised during the 12-month warranty period and achieved the final certificate sign-off and support the client needs in solving the problems incurred during all this time
