I am 15 years old in third year working towards my National 5 qualifications in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Administration and Geography I am currently working towards being a prefect at Buckie High School

I am hard working, reliable, keen to learn, conscientious showing my commitment and energy to helping others whilst being very good with time management and time keeping

I have many interests and hobbies I am a Ranger and Young Leader through Girlguiding UK and this involves both learning and teaching life skills to young people

I am a member of Elgin swimming squad and train three times a week This involves training, dedication, team work and commitment ensuring I look after my health and wellbeing

I take part in taekwando and when I lived in Birmingham I was awarded student of the year trophy I have also gained gold award the highest award as a Brownie and a Guide showing my hard work and commitment

I am working towards my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh and for this my volunteering is being a young leader with Girlguiding UK, swimming as my sport and I am doing an online course in sugar craft for my skill I am really enjoying doing this award, it shows my willingness to learn new skills, work as a team and my commitment to supporting the community

One of my big passions is cooking, baking and cake decorating From a very young age I was always keen to learn these skills and I am always involved in cooking at home Having won the bake off at a local community event when I was 6 years old for my chocolate brownies

I am also very skilled at reading food labels and skilled and knowledgeable with allergies and autoimmune diseases such as coeliac due to supporting my younger sister with coeliac I am very used to using alternative ingredients to support her and very aware of how to reduce the risk of food contamination I believe this knowledge and understanding is key to working in the hospitality industry when supporting customers

I believe with my experience, positive attitude and interests in food and catering makes me a prime candidate for this role and I always come with a smile
