Summary

I am a dedicated graduate paramedic with three years of experience in the education sector, where I have served as a Health and Wellbeing Lead, School Nurse, and DDSL for children aged 4-18. Drawing on my hands-on experience in the ambulance service, I have successfully integrated my clinical skills into the school environment, whilst also delivering low-intensity CBT interventions with 100% of pupils having a positive outcome. Utilising approaches such as WEMWBS questionnaire, Plutchik’s wheel of emotions, goal setting and mindfulness whilst tailoring each session to the individual. I am eager to further expand my expertise in mental health and becoming a Child Counsellor in the future. I have a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to patient care. I am passionate about my role, and prioritise clear communication with colleagues, students, and families to ensure effective care plans and patient centred care. I am resilient, highly organised, and a good leader, qualities essential for managing major and critical incidents.
