• Provides home support such as cooking, laundry, cleaning and other housekeeping duties to the aged/young adults, physically and mentally challenged persons and others with identified needs.
• Assist service users with some personal support such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Monitor service users’ physical conditions, as required.
• Writing and reviewing of daily reports, care plans, documentation, keeping records and file in accordance, assisting in managing time and resources based on individual needs of clients.
• Support service users to meet up their daily appointments, motivating them to engage in meaningful activities and supporting them in accessing community facilities.
