I have a deep passion for reading, which has been a constant source of inspiration and learning in my life. Whether exploring classic literature, diving into thought-provoking non-fiction, or discovering new genres, reading fuels my curiosity and broadens my perspective. I thoroughly enjoy reading foreign literature in its original language (either in French or in Russian), and feel that this has helped me to expand my worldview and understand cultural nuances and contexts which were before unknown to me. It has enhanced my critical thinking, strengthened my communication skills, and instilled a lifelong love for knowledge. 

As my love for reading has developed, so has my love for translation. As part of my Bachelor's Degree, I am frequently tasked with the translation of literary works in varying languages, registers, and formats. I have a genuine passion for translation, which stems from my love for languages and bridging cultural divides. I find immense satisfaction in transforming ideas and expressions from one language to another while preserving their meaning and nuance. Translation not only sharpens my linguistic skills but also deepens my understanding of different cultures and perspectives.
