- To keep fit I enjoy walking and hiking around the local heathland where I have lived for the past five years. I enjoy being out in nature every day if possible . I love to cook for family and friends and trying out new foods and recipes, I like to eat hot and spicy foods, so my cooking always has many different ingredients for us to try! Art and sculpture is another interest of mine, and I enjoy using my soldering iron to make small pieces of art from scraps I find on the beach.
