
I am looking for a part time role and I am currently in full time education. I am able to remain calm and professional with strong problem-solving abilities and well-developed communication skills, I am able to show effective time-management and resourcefulness in handling multiple tasks and priorities. I am able to show these strengths in a role that values dependability, efficiency and clear communication. I have a very flexible schedule meaning I am able to work as many hours neccessary.
I completed work experience in a pharmacy, where I developed a strong understanding of customer service and healthcare support. During my time there, I assisted customers with general enquiries, helped organise and restock medications, and supported the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. I also gained insight into the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and communication when handling prescriptions and interacting with patients. This experience improved my attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. I also carried out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently whilst also being able to quickly learn and apply the new skills to the daily tasks.
I have some experience with working within a team and communicating with one another in a very difficult environment at times. I was part of a specific team and I was responsible for setting up tables, serving and ensuring a smooth experience for the guests. It allowed me to build my strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. I had to handle guests requests and complaints professionally and patiently whilst also maintaining a friendly and efficient service. I also learned the importance of attention to detail and providing high quality customer service in a faster paced environment to which I am usually used to. I also carried out a health and safety course which enabled me to hold up health and safety standard whilst working
I completed an online banking work experience earlier this year at a bank which is a well known company over a course of a few days. I gained valuable insight into how financial services work and how to deliver customer support in a professional setting. I learned many things such as data security, digital banking systems and the importance of accuracy and confidentiality. This experience strengthened my communication and problem solving skills as I worked on understanding customers needs and finding appropriate solutions. It also increased my confidence in using technology.
