My confidence and work ethic as an individual developed due to exposure to large crowds of groups and events and working efficiently. I contributed to staff proficiency by working in high-pressure environments. Handling events introduced me to a high-paced work environment where maintaining clear communication with both guests and employers is essential.

Volunteering for the Swimming and Water-polo sports tour grew skills in; financial responsibility, organisation and leadership. This was a four-day trip where I had the responsibility of looking after 20 other members; whilst overcoming difficulties along the way.

During the summer between A-levels and heading off to University in September, I worked as a Bar and Waitress assistant allowing skills such as; maintaining an excellent level of service in a busy and demanding restaurant environment to be achieved.

In this customer-facing role, I gained experience interacting with a diverse range of individuals and addressing their unique needs to ensure a positive experience. The position required both physical and mental engagement to provide children with a broad set of skills, necessitating creative thinking and the development of innovative ideas to enhance their learning experience.

This online work experience, with a national law firm, was a two-day programme where I gathered insight into different legal careers, and skills to become successful and to connect with solicitors.
