The experience I gained when working as a waitress at the Plough inn, enabled me to be confident, friendly, helpful, polite to all customers and overall hard working whilst using my initiative when needed. I learnt how to be understanding of the customers needs and respectful to the customer at all times, and the customers needs are always the priority. I Improved customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service.
Furthermore when I worked for Emma Forsyth Eventing yard, this gave me a great understanding of team work, commitment to hard work and a passion for presentation for each of the stalls and the ponies I turned out.
