As dedicated member of Assistance Team, I consistently delivercustomer service excellence to passengers requiring support (PRS), those with hidden disabilities, and individuals with mobility restrictions. My responsibilities encompass providing assistance throughout their journey, starting from aircraft seat through the terminal building, and ensuring seamless transition to their onward travel.

Moreover, I possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, enabling me to address any challenges that may arise during the assistance process. I prioritise clear communication and effective coordination with both passengers and relevant airport personnel to guarantee a smooth and comfortable journey for everyone involved.

Observed GP and Physician Associate consultations, gaining insight into patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

My role involved contacting individuals who had tested positive for COVID-19. During these calls, I inquired about their current symptoms, verified their compliance with self-isolation protocols, and confirmed the final day of their isolation period.

Experience with the NHS Test & Trace program has equipped me with valuable skills in communication, active listening, problem-solving, data management, and adherence to protocols. I am confident that these

skills will be transferable and valuable in similar roles or environments that prioritise effective communication and public health initiatives.

I had the opportunity to shadow a urology physician associate, and I learnt firsthand the importance of delivering a high standard of care to patients, ensuring their well-being is prioritised at all times. This

includes demonstrating honesty, openness, and acting with integrity throughout the patient-provider relationship.

This placement has enriched my skills in diagnostic observation, patient care, interpersonal communication, and ethical practice and am eager to apply these skills and continue my journey in healthcare, making a positive impact on patients' lives.

I gained firsthand knowledge of the daily operations within the health service, providing me with a realistic awareness of the healthcare environment.
