Assisted in teaching Programming, Mechanics and Electronics modules from first year to final year engineering students.

• Taught students individually and in small groups during workshop and revision sessions.
• Directly supported whole class of students in laboratory-based modules for Electronic Engineering to encourage development of their ideas in design and prototyping aspects
• Worked as primary and initial marker for graded coursework and exam papers. Provided details and constructive feedback to each student to aid their continuous academic improvements.

A NERC-funded project exploiting the recent breakthrough made in using protein degradation to date tooth enamel.

• Primarily processed a range of enamel samples obtained from University of York and chemically processed them using microfluid devices for bleaching, hydrolysis and biphasic separation.
• Identified issues in existing processes and adjusted the experimental setup as required to improve overall performance.
• Individually worked on improving the overall optical analysis setup for fluorescence spectroscopy of the processed enamel samples.
• Created and presented PowerPoints presentations to the research team on current progress and reports of key findings.

• Represented company to public at trade exhibitions and conventions (NEC Autumn Fair and Spring Fair).
• Assisted in the product design, material sourcing and production of bespoke products from companies such as 'House of Tweed' and 'Blossify'.
• Assisted in the logistic planning of importing and exporting products overseas.
• Monitored quality of products at manufacturing sites.
