As L.M.C I basically work on loads that leave the plant as well as the loads that arrive at the plant. These are classified in three specific duties on three categories, the classification is as follows: Outloads, In-loads and shipment while the categories are the persons we serve.

Out-load (Load documents leaving the plant)

  • On BonPc, I check out and check in the activity route of the particular load ready go out of the plant. These check out are usually done for the key account and MDO/MDCs categories.
  • Activity routes are usually created for all the loads that returns to the plant but specifically, MDO/MDCs on their return to the plant after delivery of a load. On BonPc, after creating the route, I check out as well as check in that particular load for it to be received at the respective department.

This is used to keep track or record of all the details of each and every transaction on daily basis:

  • The name of the route
  • The vehicle numbers
  • The document number (invoice number)
  • The quantity of the loads.
  • The time which the loads is taken out.
  • The product types
