My responsibilities include :

• Assessing lorries for any safety issues
• Loading Milk into Lorries quickly and effectively and keeping up with set timed targets.
• Working out and fixing any problems with robots to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Manually picking out any partial milk trolleys for direct deliveries
• Cleaning equipment to optimal standards to reduce cleaning inefficiencies
• Organising Direct deliveries into different shops and in certain order depending on routes

• Duties included: multitasking between helping out customers and putting out stock at a quick and to an excellent standard.
• Helped to establish a more lean way of rotating and putting out stock so wastage is reduced
• Built up experience in various financial transactions including cash and card payments as well as coupons.

Responsibilities included going on tills and dealing with customers enquiries. Maintaining adequate stock levels so so customers needs are met.

• Organised displays to promote inventory and encourage customer purchases.
• Inspected products thoroughly before processing refunds.
• Helped customers obtain specialised help for refunds and exchanges.
• Promoted customer loyalty scheme at checkout.
• Built rapport with customers to enhance in-store experience and provide outstanding customer service.
