• responsible for the strategic & operational leadership across Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific, focused on driving growth & profitability across each regional geography
• responsible for the execution of Corning's commercial strategy across each regional footprint for its suite of SaaS-based wireless design tools & converged optical fibre (FTTP/H) software to Tier-1 Telcos & Enterprise
• delivered a 7% increase in top-line revenues during the year 2019/20
• also assumed responsibility for Corning's shared services strategy and organisational transformation across each regional geography.

• fully P&L responsible for all multi-platform small cell technologies & next generation software to network carriers & other industry verticals
• responsible for the leadership of teams & pre-sales personnel distributed across multiple locations & geographies
• led initiative with a major TowerCo in Asia for outdoor digital infrastructure which generated $1m+ of new incremental revenues

• fully P&L responsible for the commercial & operational leadership for all business related operations to Vodafone Hutchison across Australia & NZ, managing external revenues of £280m & headcount of 130+ people.
• accountable for driving Nokia’s business with Vodafone across the region & marketshare expansion for its RAN, Core, Cloud & services portfolio
• despite deep restructuring, significant portfolio reductions & conscious contract exits, an overall 4% increase in top-line was delivered together with a dramatic improvement in operating profitability

• responsible for leading the commercial engagement of complex network transformation opportunities with MNOs & other CSPs
• this involved the leadership of sales teams across the region focused on next generation Broadband (LTE) & transformation through its virtualised (NFV/SON) portfolio.
• achieved all external revenue & financial KPIs but also served as Nokia’s regional nominee on synergy-capture & cost transformation

• responsible for leading all sales & business development across EMEA given the explosive demand for high-bandwidth applications & services.
• responsible for driving a variety of growth initiatives around emerging, next-generation technologies, network sharing strategies & growing the division across international geographies
• initiated & led the commercial engagement for a major RAN-share initiative in South Africa between 2-international carriers which generated £1m+ of fee income

• a start-up venture business aimed at leveraging value from Group fixed/wireless assets & wider development of BT’s shared wireless infrastructure.
• accountable for the growth & market expansion across its multi-operator DAS, High Towers & small-cells portfolio.
• in addition to building & leading an organisation of circa 45 people at its peak, I also led the strategic alliance with NGW to provide fixed/wireless access in rural geographies & also co-led the MBO

• responsible for BT's commercial relationship & business-related operations with all UK Mobile Operators focused on driving growth, market share & profitability
• increased combined annual revenues by 38% from £875m to £1.2bn, along with the leadership of circa 120 people
• accountable for BT's market expansion in selective regions, I also led a number of initiatives on spectrum & managed services
