Summary

After 22 years in retail as a senior manager I took the decision with my wife to work part-time to support raising our two children , Freddie then 4 now 7 and Freya 18 months now 4 years old. I have seen this as another skill to add to my CV as whilst I haven't been in full time work I have gained valuable planning, organising skills managing my children's schedule. In addition I have learnt a tremendous amount of patience and communication skills. I am now ready to rejoin the work force and get back into management and continue my career after taking time to raise my family. I continue to value managing my work commitments with that of my family commitments.
