  • Creation and delivering training, training materials to coffee manufacturing operators, with ultimate sign off of skills on all processes.
  • Key stakeholder and owner for process safety, improvements, liaising with other factories globally to share best practices.
  • Owner and creator for safe systems of work, risk assessments for all activities for the processes I was key stakeholder for.
  • Liaising daily with other team members across all roles within the manufacturing teams, as well as members of other cross functional teams and parts of the factory to ensure positive focus and drive to meet the KPI’s, quality targets and manufacturing plans.
