Ian joined this Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) company when Warburg Pincus inserted new leadership team. Responsible for managing commercial relationships with existing financial partners, develop new strategic alliances, drive new core solution initiatives and to develop their future expansion strategy. In 2012, Xchanging Plc awarded Deutsche Bank banking mandate of their new Netsett insurance product. This global solution aimed to revolutionise the way insurance premiums and claims were managed and settled. Ian was part of a small team responsible for designing the whole end-to-end solution.
