2014 - 2019. Worked on a Rapid response vehicle (RRV) as a solo responder permanently during this period. Also worked on local initiatives on response cars alongside Respiratory consultants and specialists nurses and also Occupational Health Specialists dealing and treating Emergency patients in the community.

Undertook all roles consistent with an Emergency medical technician who was also progressing to paramedic qualification - responding to Emergencies in the community and job specs as below and others.
Worked initially as a Leisure Club fitness instructor responsible for the day to day running of a Hotel Leisure Club. Job role involved performing fitness assessments, writing exercise programmes for clients and taking them through the programmes and ensuring safe training techniques. Also responsible for all general club facilities including pool and spa testing and level correction, finances and signing up members, Cleaning duties. I then progressed to Assistant manager of the club and took on training of newer staff and further responsibilities
Undertook extensive and arduous training at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines. One of the longest and most physically demanding specialist infantry courses in the world and gained the coveted green beret as young man. Then served with 45 Commando Royal Marines.
