- I joined Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd in August 2007 as Sales support Engineer within the systems engineering department. My main duties in this role were to assist the Sales Managers in machine configurations for sales & to check all machine specifications, configurations and content as sold by the sales managers and release them to our planning department for production through the in house BOM’s system.
- I was also responsible for managing all specifications, cost bases including price lists and any special customization of our Titan brand machines.
- I am responsible for the creation and development of all Atlas and Titan standard machine structure documents, creating sales tools and costing systems for cost analysis & GM calculation.
- During this time, I was also the systems administrator for our CRM system, Salesforce and our B2B product sales configuration & quotation system (BigMachines). I was the main resource for the delivery, implementation, and configuration of Salesforce, including site development, set up, and providing training and creating associated training materials. I was fully responsible for all aspects of the administration and support for Salesforce. This included 1st, 2nd and escalation management of 3rd line issues including low level permissions to implementing additional functionality.
