Personable and results-driven Product Design student at Ravensbourne University London, with strong customer service experience across both retail and hospitality. Currently working as a Sales Assistant at LEGO UK, where I consistently deliver joyful, brand-aligned experiences for guests of all ages. Previously worked as a barista and bartender in high-paced café and restaurant environments, and supported promotional events and leaflet distribution as part of experiential marketing teams. Alongside this, I’ve gained hands-on design and fabrication experience through internships at Garmin Design Group Taiwan and Ace Handcraft Auto Industry. I bring strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for creating memorable customer interactions in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
