- Oversaw a jointly funded by UK government departments (FCDO and BEIS) global challenge-led portfolio of 20 seed funding projects in technology and innovation for SDGs including inclusive and sustainable economies, benefit includes scaling small local businesses under multiple schemes with a yearly budget of £1,1 million from launch to closure, contracting, monitor, checking financial expenditure to approve payments, handling issues by revising budget, amendments on Grant Management System (GMS) compliance with changing donor requirements over updates
- Delivered global symposia in Ethiopia, India, Jordan and the UK, with successful partnership deal with in-country partner to co-deliver the event with extensive stakeholder management including researchers and innovators; Led a symposium on ‘Engineering Inclusive Economies', to explore finance and advanced technologies in emerging markets inviting 70 delegates from 15 countries including small technology startups, managing the entire event from desk research to publishing reports
- Tracked impact by managing data spreadsheets from 164 projects from 44 countries contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) plan by building a new Theory of Change (ToC) and a logic framework in line with the organisation's strategies to assess the impact to ensure delivering the programme's value, support evidence-based decisions making
- Developed and publicised high-quality outputs to visualize and communicate the success including designing E-library of resources of event reports, policy briefs, and case studies, help drafting them; prepared the inputs of statistics of outcomes for evidence-based reporting.
