With a strong background in human resources, I bring over 5 years of experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training. My meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach have consistently ensured efficient and effective HR operations.
While my expertise lies in HR, I am eager to transition into an administrative role where I can leverage my organizational skills and adaptability. My proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, backed by MOS Master certification, equips me with the necessary tools to excel in administrative tasks, including data management, scheduling, and document preparation.
Although I haven't directly worked in an administrative role before, my track record of quickly learning and mastering new skills, combined with my commitment to delivering high-quality results, makes me confident in my ability to succeed in this new challenge. I am eager to apply my diverse skill set and contribute to the success of your team.
First place in the Exploration Project - Yeungnam University.
During my college years, I led a team in an exploration competition held at our school, where we were awarded the Chancellor's Prize. As a leader, I responsibly guided our team through a challenging journey lasting nine days and ten nights. We worked diligently on both the expedition and subsequent report submission and presentation, which resulted in a successful outcome. While receiving the award was truly an honor, the greatest happiness came from forming close bonds with my dearest friends throughout the process.
