• Performing design calculations on concrete structural elements in line with Eurocodes 2.
• Conducted complete analysis & design of structural elements of a multi-story concrete/steel residential building including flat slabs, columns, beams, and shear walls using SCIA Engineer and Tekla Structural Designer.
• Analysis and design of reinforcement and checking of Bamtec reinforcement mat drawings before issuing.
• Liaising with the clients and adapting to meet their requirements.
• Providing support for all technical issues.
• Managing CAD technicians to ensure all drawings are in-line with the designs.
• Assessing structural load of new and existing developments.
• Leasing with architect, M&E, drainage, and fire consultants.
• Carrying out punching checks and designing reinforcement using Max Frank software.
• Assisting with CAT III checks.
• Delivering projects in a safe, cost effective and timely manner. According to the company standards, current legislation and procedures.
• Leading development projects in compliance with company processes and procedures.
• Utilizing my Knowledge of commercial, financial and environmental procedures. Along with demonstrating excellent safety management
