• Collaborated with the UX/UI team, solutions architects, API team, development team and business product owners to ensure the requirements were agreed and signed off and planned into the development sprint
• Facilitated backlog prioritisation sessions to ensure the BA team works on prioritised backlog as per business needs

• Product Roadmap and Strategy: Defined high quality product roadmap based on organisational strategy and vision – to deliver a point of sale, Inventory Management and Analytics software for small retail businesses.
• Product Owner: Product owner in a Scrum team, including backlog grooming, triage and prioritisation, and cross-functional coordination. Created detailed user stories used to create product feature specifications. Managed backlog by creating a prioritised list.
• Team Leadership: Leading a cross-functional group of product managers, designers, and developers to deliver on the product roadmap.
• Customer Focus: Designed the Customer Feedback Loop that incorporates one-on-one customer interviews, group surveys, and summarising questionnaires results to ensure product development is in line with customer needs and expectations.
• Design: Translate requirements into detailed functional design including creating wireframes. Worked closely with design lead on UX/UI, to review designs and provide design feedback in InVision as well as provide final sign-off for all designs. Managed the bi-weekly design meetings.
