• Meet customers and discuss product expectation, align the delivery plan for each build stage and the expected cost. Feedback and discuss with customer termly for challenges and change suggestions.
• Lead factory design team and tooling team to set up detailed build plan to meet delivery plan, including vendor selection and engagement, process/tooling design, machine & fixture readiness, and head count hire.
• Manage vendor selection and negotiate with vendor with cost calculations.
• Drive yield improvement and issue solutions in ramp. Control inventory and cost in sustaining stage.

• Deliver iPhone and Watch band Die cut and Injection parts.
• Deliver Google Home die cast housings.
• Manage Apple SR audit and successfully import the factory to Apple secondary supplier.

• Review the company's original documents, bookkeeping vouchers and handle daily accounting operations.
