Outside of work I maintain a diverse set of hobbies ranging from Motorcycle riding  to the more pedestrian country walks and nature watching. I maintain a keen aviation focus spending time at airshows and frequenting local small airports to watch aircraft movements. I have a passion for making and maintaining. I enjoy DIY and making models both flying and static. I am always keen to get hands on. I am an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction. I invest significant amounts of time into learning about new things., I would like to pursue a second MSc or PhD in future as the learning experience of my Masters Degree was so positive and engaging.
