The last three years have been an unusual and challenging time to start a career Having studied a degree and launched into the work world following prolonged isolation and a period of great change and uncertainly following the pandemic I have had the resilience to explore various opportunities. I have worked to develop interpersonal skills to be able to interact directly with customers and colleagues. Larger organisations offer so many opportunities for career mobility, and I’d prefer to work within a supportive and diverse workplace.
