During this role, I am working with a colleague maintaining the schools in a trust, as well as being based at one school. whilst I have been at this role, I have extended my skills to a variety of different things, including some woodwork and brickwork. I am also responsible for carrying out many different compliance tasks, some examples are tap flushing and checking emergency lights etc. this role has included early starts, which I believe shows reliability. Ive also learnt how to proactive instead of reactive and stopping issues before they can happen.

During my time working there, I have learnt a huge amount about customer service. I believe this role has given me great social skills as well as patience when dealing with tricky customers. its taught me how to adapt to different situations and work while under allot of pressure during busy hours. As well as this, I think this role shows my reliability as hours are typically very late at night. I also believe this role shows that I'm trustworthy as I am trusted with handling cash at the tills.

• During my time at this company, I learnt what it meant to have a job and be responsible for my punctuality and attitude towards work, as well as working with colleagues. In terms of the work, I was working in domestic properties as well as large commercial plant rooms and everything in between, which taught me how to work in all sorts of environments. During my time there, I learnt allot about plumbing and heating systems and how to install, repair and maintain them, and making sure they comply with regulations.
