I began working in my current role in Kimberly Clark in 2015, when a new wet wipe production line was built at the current flint site
Part of the new position at Kimberly Clark was to travel to Italy to learn the new PFM flowrap machine, so that I could train other new operators and also be part of the machine checkout

• Involved in trials when new innovations and materials have been implemented
• Working with management to reduce minor stops and increase productivity
• Created centreline settings to optimise machine performance, also reducing changeover times
• Sanitised machinery and maintained organised work area to support cleanliness.
• Liaised with engineering team to resolve breakdowns.
• Produced QA samples and conducted quality testing.
• Adhered to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver corrective action quickly to prevent production
• Create documentation for autonomous care - 5S, CTI and Centerlining
• Utilised specialist tools for precise machine adjustments.

During my time at Nice Pak I started as a machine operator in the FMCG industry, then moving into a line coordinator role and then spent 10 years in the training department.

In the training department I had to learn various new machines when the company put in new production lines

• Travelled to various countries to learn the machines, before training the operators
• Some of the machines were built by PCMC, Neptune and Clipper machines, PFM flowrap machines, single wipe alcohol sachet machines and packaging machines
• Sanitised machinery and maintained organised work area to support cleanliness.
• Completed daily documentation, updating operational records and company logs.
