- Cutting confidently on long hair ( and still progressing in short hair cuts ) .

- Mixing colour, toner and bleach ratios .

- Blowdrying to professional standard , ( curly/bouncy blowdry , straight smooth blowdry , creating volume and body at the root , diffuser blowdry ) .

- Styling hair to professional standard ( curling with wand / tong ( also with pins ) , straightening , waving , hair ups ) .

- General salon jobs ; tidying and cleaning after stylists , making sure there's clean towels for clients , clean tea and coffee mugs , sweeping salon , cleaning basins , organising colours etc )
