In-house testing:

• Sampled and tested all incoming raw materials and finished products in compliance with in house specifications and work instructions.
• Documented test results, deviation reports and trend analyses to guarantee completeness as per cGMP.
• Ensured any out-of-specification results are investigated as per the relevant SOP.

Other core responsibilities:

• Carried out environmental monitoring.
• Conducted risk assessments for proactive identification and mitigation of potential hazards.
• Maintained comprehensive records of all quality control activities to facilitate easy tracking and reporting.

Sample Preparation:

• Received and prepared environmental samples for analysis such as water, air, soil, and construction material following standard protocols and guidelines.

Analytical Testing:

• Perform a variety of chemical, physical, and biological tests on environmental samples using laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Analyze samples for pollutants and contaminants.

Data Interpretation and Reporting:

• Interpret test results accurately, comparing them against regulatory standards and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, including graphical representations of data trends and statistical analysis using excel.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):

• Implement and maintain QA/QC protocols to ensure the reliability and validity of analytical data.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay current with relevant environmental regulations, standards, and guidelines to ensure testing protocols remain compliant.

• During the Covid Pandemic, spent 6 months caring for elderly in their own homes.
