Holly Tasker

In my role I am responsible for providing data insights and reporting for HR, Payroll and Recruitment and I am the main point of contact for queries relating to system usage. My day to day role includes a large variety of activities, such as:

• Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders such as ONS, CAA and Gender Pay for GOV.UK.
• Responding to service tickets in a timely manner.
• Analysing and manipulating data to give clear and accurate insights on sickness/absence, payroll, attrition etc. using Excel and Tableau.
• Mentoring junior level colleagues in the role by providing clear guidance on processes and delegating tasks.
• Creating training materials and providing face to face assistance to colleagues of all levels.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with colleagues across all departments, working closely with IT, operational areas and finance.
• Continuously look for ways to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

I contributed significantly the implementation of the new SAP Successfactors HR system for Jet2.com & Jet2holidays. This included building and testing the system and integrations with providers, data migration and system maintenance post go-live. Since the launch I have led on a number of major projects including:

• Introduction of Performance Management plans within the system and rolling this out to the company.
• Calculating company wide Bonus, Profit Share and Pay Review on an annual basis.

I am proficient in SAP Successfactors EC and ECP, OpenHR and Infinite Brassring.

I helped customers with queries, operated the tills and was trusted to value them at the end of the day.
